YOUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED 3D PRINTING QUESTIONS ANSWERED
When you reach the portal, you will be required to Login with your email address and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to “Create an account” before you can use the system.
You can request a new (temporary) password by following the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login screen. You will need to have a valid, registered email address.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long if you are registering for the first time.
If you have already registered, please check that you have entered your password correctly. Otherwise, you can use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to receive a new (temporary) password via email.
You can update your account details by clicking the ‘User Settings’ section of your profile once you are logged in.
In your account section you can see the status of any requests you’ve submitted, quotes you’ve received or orders you’ve placed by accessing the ‘Requests’, ‘Quotes’ or ‘Orders’ sections respectively.
You can reorder any parts (or orders) you have placed through the portal by accessing the Order History page of your account.
