CONTINUOUS FIBRE FABRICATION – CFF 3D PRINTING
What are the advantages of using our 3D printing Continuous Fibre Fabrication?
RAPID PRODUCTION
Following receipt & approval of CAD data, parts can be built very quickly.
PERFORMANCE PARTS
We’ve selected some new materials and a build process that offers customers affordable solutions, without the need for tooling.
LOW VOLUME PRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES
Offering materials which are suitable for both prototype and production solutions.
RAPID PRODUCTION

PERFORMANCE PARTS
This process also allows us to accommodate inserts in a number of different ways. On the one hand they can be accommodated during the build process to represent an overmould. Alternatively, inserts can be post fitted. (e.g. *brass threaded inserts, as per below image).

PROTOTYPE OR PRODUCTION SOLUTIONS – YOU CHOOSE
This highly flexible, twin filament process, allows the combination of Onyx and Carbon to be built simultaneously. This process therefore opens up new opportunities and solutions to meet customers needs. Our goal is to help customers find a compromise between performance and cost.
