ARRK is delighted to announce it has enhanced its Multi Jet Fusion offering, following the purchase of one of HP’s most advanced MJF machines, the 5620.
ARRK has been offering customers an MJF service for several years through its trusted partners, but this significant investment in HP’s latest printer will elevate ARRK’s flexibility, capability and competitive offering. Sitting alongside our Selective Laser Sintering service, these two proven powder bed fusion technologies allow us to extend the depth of our Additive Manufacturing (AM) services within this field to offer solutions that best fit the needs of our clients’ projects.
ARRK’s MJF service offers customers a choice of materials, including Nylon PA11, Nylon PA12 and TPU along with some other materials, subject to request. This service allows ARRK to offer customers high volume, production-grade parts, with excellent consistency and repeatability.

Working alongside Matsuura, one of our most valued suppliers, who oversaw the purchase and delivery of the new HP machine, they helped to ensure a successful installation and smooth transition. Matsuura also assisted ARRK last year with the installation of a dye colouring system from Dyemansion, which complements our powder bed post processing capability alongside our vapour fusing machine, which was purchased directly from AMT.

The range of AM services that ARRK can offer customers continues to evolve. From Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Digital Light Processing (DLP), Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), Continuous Fibre Filament (CFF) to Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), and all with a wide range of materials. ARRK is uniquely positioned, to meet the low volume production needs of our customers.
